We are happy to announce that we are popping up again this month and we at the Pig & Swig camp have found a new and exciting venue that is a bit less subterranean than out last. With our new venue echoing the grandeur of a bygone era we thought that we had better deliver an equally theatrical summer treat with our pop-up...
'Oysters and Absinthe'
Sticking to what we do best, this pop-up will be a showcase of wild and seasonal goodies from the West Country, with oysters and some hidden absinthe thrown in for good measure. We feel that there is no better way of doing this than serving a number of small dishes throughout the evening.
Oysters and Absinthe will take place at:
7:00pm – 10:30 pm

£30 pp for six dishes
As always the deal is simple, if you like the sound of good food with a touch of debauchery then just drop us an email including your details and the number of seats you would like.
The menu is top secret until the evening and the venue (city centre) will be revealed shortly after the confirmation of your booking.
