The perfect opportunity for you to unwind while you interact with Cuisson's talented young Chef Paul, who will create five types of gourmet canapés in front of you, and serve them with prosecco. The menu changes every time, so each experience is different. And trust us, you've never tasted canapés quite like these! Previous mixers have featured the likes of home-smoked duck with green apple jelly, black pudding mousse, and savoury oatcake. Or, for something a little more adventurous, gin-cured organic salmon, compressed cucumber, horseradish, and pumpernickel. Hungry yet?
