Cucina Cinzia launches our supper club in Fulham! Eight spots for an evening around the Tuscan table. The menu will be "casalinga cooking" along the lines of:
crostini toscani (classic crostinis with chicken livers)
cannoncini alla mousse di finocchiona (tuscan fennel salami cornets)
pappa al pomodoro (tomato bread soup- the translation doesn't do it justice!)
pennette al frantoio (pasta with new oil and olives)
schiacciata alla fiorentina (special carnevale dolce - see website)
though we haven't finalised it quite yet...
