Event Description
A regional Italian cuisines inspired supperclub series is about to start at the BackDoor Kitchen. Be them raditional recipes with an unusual touch or traditional ingredients in newly revised dishes, chef is ready to cook up a storm and bring to London best, yet to be discovered, of Italy.
On Sunday 26/02 we start from Rome: a cuisine reflecting history and glottony made of the simplest ingredients.
