Pizzette with Smoked salt and Black Salt.
Salt encrusted sea bass
Salad with himalayan pink salt and ile de re violet salt
Cheese: halloumi?
Dessert salted caramel with grilled fruit dressed Indian style with lime and sulphuric salt.
