Come and celebrate Mexican Independence Day as the Mexicans would in an indoor covered market with traditional food, delicious Don Julio Tequila cocktails, live music, Movimientos DJ, travel bar Bindlesticks open and watch our chefs cook.

On Sunday 15th September from 12pm we will serving:

Duo of Quesadillas & Nopalitos

One Quesadilla served with Huitlacoche known as Mexican corn truffle and artisan Oaxaca cheese typical in the South of Mexico

Another quesadilla made with Hibiscus flower and Chihuahua style cheese from the Northern Chihuahua region of Mexico

A side of Cactus salad with chopped tomatoes, coriander and onions will be served (don't worry, all the prickly bits will be removed!)

Huevos Motulenos

A traditional regional brunch dish from Mexico's Southern Region of Yucatan. Corn tostadas served with a think layer of black beans, fried free range eggs and covered with salsa roja al chipotle, peas, crispy bacon and fried plantains

Spicy Mexican Chocolate Sorbet

Served with Orange Sponge Cake
