You are invited to join us at the Tooting Souk supper club for a homemade feast inspired by and sourced from our very own Tooting!
Like all hearty feasts it will be served around a big communal table, and the room will be decked out in Moroccan splendor!
The feast will start with roasted aubergines dressed in pomegranate seeds, butter milk and lemon thyme, with toasted pitta bread. Followed by roast chicken with saffron, hazlenuts and honey, cous cous and seasonal vegetables. Once that's had time to settle we'll finish with rose mergingues, drizzled in rosewater and dazzling crystalised rose petals.
A cardamon cocktail will be waiting for you when you arrive, and fresh mint tea will be served throughout the feast. Please feel free to BYOB.
