Apart from the usual welcome cocktail and nibbles to go with it we will not be serving a traditional three course meal, but rather a ‘spread’ of dishes similar to a Indonesian rijstafel as you might find in the Netherlands.

There will be hot an cold dishes, dipping sauces and a steaming pot of pho in the middle with strips of meat, noodles and sprouts to create your own version.

We will however go firmly back to Western culture with the afore mentioned dessert of pineapple tarte tatin.  And, of course, there will be great coffee or tea if you prefer afterwards with something sweet on the side
