Winter is nearly over and by our reckoning, a hit of citrus is just what you need to turn your mind to warmer times whilst making the most of all the beautiful produce that February has to offer. So this means a lemony fishy treat to start, braised pork with citrus and veg, and panna cotta to round things off, plus a welcome cocktail and a few other little treats along the way:
- Welcome cocktail
- Haddock in a citrus sauce with dumplings
- Braised celeriac, pork and orange with champ
- Rhubarb and orange cream pudding
- Coffee, tea and peppermint tea
