I am a Russian and I want to revolutionise the dull image that the Eastern-European food has in this country by serving light, luscious and sexy Slavic food.
In my September Brunch Club I’ll be galloping, no strolling, through different Ukrainian regions, from the wild mushrooms of the Carpathian mountains, to boisterous Southern Ukrainian vodka snacks to voluptous desserts of Kiev.
