Our mama, who taught us all we know about Bengali cuisine, and whose cooking features heavily in khana commune Singapore, is coming to London for a few weeks. I'm very keen that Londoners get to try her cooking, so I'm announcing a November dinner date featuring a menu full of dishes only mama can make.
