A celebration of all that is awesome about spring, the new buds, leaves, colours and life. The freshness at this time of year hits you as you walk through damp woods and across fields of newly sprouting grass. Or when I place a dish in front of you that simply makes you go "wow".....well, thats the idea! 

I'll release the most recent menu soon (event has happened yet, still secret) so you can have a perusal. 

The events are generally held in the comfort of my little flat, it has its charms, namely my partner in life & crime who hosts for the evening, she makes a mean cocktail!! 

Please inform me of any dietary requirements as soon as physically possible so I can plan the menu accordingly. Its a £35 suggested donation for what is normally a 7-9 course extravaganza including cocktails on arrival. Spaces are limited so we will confirm all booking requests.
