About us
The Banquet is a collaboration between The Foragers and OneTaste Theatre Collective. 

The Foragers
The Foragers are a group of hunter and gatherers, led by George Fredenham and Gerald Waldeck.
We wish to inspire a movement of respectful and tasteful foraging, that unveils and shares the wonderful hidden world of the wild, through food. Our mission is to support and re-discover the natural forager in every one of us.
We forage from the wild and serve up their findings at both permanent and pop up locations that we discover, resourcefully renovate, and serve hearty, honest food from. This includes the wild food pub, The Veralum Arms in St Albans, and mobile kitchens around the country.

OneTaste Theatre Collective
The OneTaste Theatre Collective is a troupe of cheeky and exceptional performing artists who create a unique world of multi-sensory, immersive, theatrical experiences. We find our roots in Lotan Sapir’s Cabaret, a curated experience touted as the performance highlight of Secret Garden Party. We pride ourselves on creating spellbinding moments that transport audience members into another world, free from inhibitions; a world where they can carry out the boldest acts in our human experience: to let go, laugh and love.

Perhaps Contraption
Perhaps Contraption is an astonishing, twisted brass, avant pop marching band. Their intense and colourful performances have graced the fields of Glastonbury, Bestival, Burning Man and The Secret Garden Party (to name but a few).
Now, these soaring horns and lush choral harmonies will provide an exuberant and intricate soundtrack to the banquet. A beguiling and beautiful mixture of spontaneous improvisation and tightly choreographed compositions will embellish the flavours, smells and sights surrounding you...
