For one night only, Events Management students will be joining with The Beasty Boys (Leeds Met's very own, Guy Lincoln & Alistair Macaulay) to bring you a Peruvian Themed Supper Club on Friday May 2nd at the Carnegie Pavilion Restaurant, Headingley. The South American feast will kick off from 6.30pm with all proceeds going to Put Them First, a UK charity dedicated to improving the lives of children in Peru. Tickets are £25 each for 6 courses, 16 dishes and a drink! See the menu below. Feel free to bring your own bottle to enjoy your meal with as well. Places are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment!
This will be the 7th event for the Beasty Boys who specialise in Nose to Tail dining. Nose to tail provides the opportunity to sample exciting dishes produced from meat with high quality rare breed animals. As the name suggests, nose to tail indicates that every edible part of the animal will be available to consume throughout the evening-though diners will get a choice of course! The idea is to share in the joy of eating fantastic local produce, to treat it with respect and to celebrate the entirety of what each breed has to offer. This event is the first time that the 'Beasts of the Sea' will be on the menu, marking an exciting new challenge for our dynamic duo!
Leeds Met Events students will also be bringing a Peruvian party atmosphere to the event with live music, fundraising raffles with amazing one-of-a-kind prizes and Peruvian art on display as you kick off your May Bank Holiday weekend. It's a party not to be missed and all in aid of a fantastic cause so don't miss out.
