Some of you may know I have had a minor back injury so I have fallen off the culinary horse so to speak. I am being VERY daring by attempting at late notice to squeeze in a May supper Club next Friday 27th May......come on Supper Clubbers...who is in !????

Chargrilled local asparagus with aiolli
Main
Bay Tree kebabs-spiced lamb and beef on a Bay Tree stalk fresh from my tree (my very own recipe)
or
Seafood lollipops- seafood spiced and minced and wrapped around a lemongrass stalk, a Balinese treat!
Fresh Vietnamese style rice noodle salad with carrot, mooli, coriander, mint and lime and toasted peanuts
Smoked chilli sambal
Pudding
Lime Meringue Pie
Warm berry syrup
Whipped cream
Pots of fresh Tea and coffee at the end of the meal
