The Secluded (FRENCH FANCY!) Tea Party will be held on

Friday 23rd September 2011

7pm to 9.30pm 

.. Just £35 donation per person - To include a relaxing evening hosted by Miss Sue Flay Cat from Cakes By Cat, based in Ely. 

Not only you will be able to enjoy an evening version of The Secluded Tea Party in a secret Cambridgeshire location, but you are being given the chance to dip and decorate your very own delicious French Fancies. 

This is not the usual Cupcake Decorating class most people would stumble upon... We are both very fond of these timeless, yet pretty cakes, and have already had heaps of fun practicing the fun and messy dipping techniques with our pre-made and tasty layered French Fancies as well as the delicate flowers and scrolling to make them personal and individual. 

Come along and make new friends, bring along old friends and family or even your partner to come and drink tea and enjoy both Miss Sue Flays’ Home-made treats, as well as your own hand decorated pretties. 

This is going to be every cake lovers HEAVEN...!

“ At Cakes by Cat I love to make cake and drink tea, but more than anything else I love to meet people and teach them how to decorate their own beautiful cakes so that everyone can go home brimming with confidence ready to put icing on anything that stays still for long enough. Then we all sit down and have a nice cup of tea and eat cake - bliss! So when the delightful Miss Sue Flay asked me to be a part of her Secluded Tea Party (French Fancy!) how could I resist?! I will be showing you how to make delicious vintage style french fancies in pretty candy colours and how to make your own beautiful sugar blossom decorations to complete the look (and taste!) of these gorgeous little cakes."

DRESS CODE... Dress comfortably and as relaxed as you wish.
