Hello! Back in January of this year, The Secret Ingredient was the accidental blue touch paper of the UK's now thriving home/secret/pop-up restuarant movement. It's cheap, it's sexy, it's fun, and always quite surreal, plus i'm told that the food is great! Infact I was told this just last week by a room full of French chefs (including a sashimi chef) and Japanese girls, and as the food is Japanese I was P R E T T Y C H U F F E D i can tell you.
