Hello! Back in January of last year, The Secret Ingredient was the accidental blue touch paper of the UK's now thriving home/secret/pop-up restuarant movement.

Always quite a surreal experience, eating home cooked japanese food in my ex council flat, plus i'm told that the food is great!

We're attempting to open every other wednesday and thursday, but failing badly due to the number of bookings, so let us know when you'd like to come and we can probably find you a seat.
