The menu is as follows
Canapes
Spiced parsnip soup with crispy pancetta and parsnip crisps served with crusty bread
Slow cooked lamb shank,braised cabbage with apple, bacon and balsamic, dauphinoise potatoes and roasted winter roots
Caramelised pear and apple strudel with a spiced caramel ice cream
Tea/coffee
Bring your own drink, iced water will be available.
