The next instalment of The Unearthed Supperclub takes on a summer vibe. While the weather is hit and miss, we'll be serving up a selection of seasonal inspired treats.
Chris, as always, will fill you full of nutritional wisdom with a series of talks between courses. He'll guide you through the ingredients we use and debunk some of the myths about what healthy food really is. Matt will be in the kitchen preparing the delights. He loves to answer any questions you have about the cooking and with the open plan kitchen feel free to walk in and see what he is up to. Each dish will be matched with an organic or biodynamic wine and Nik, our resident sommelier, will introduce them with his unique no nonsense approach.
As always all food and wine is organic or biodynamic wherever possible.
