We’re holding onto summer with our next event by making the most of the summer produce we have before autumn arrives. The menu will subtly gear you up for the soon to be changing seasons while reminding you that, if you’re lucky, you can still get a suntan this time of year.
This is a really interesting time from a nutritional point of view as soon our bodies will start to adapt and prepare themselves for the cooler months. Chris will talk you through all this on the night and will, as always, demystify what food ‘they’ tell us is bad for us through informal talks between courses.
Nik will be selecting and presenting organic and biodynamic wines to match each course. And of course Matt will be in the kitchen cooking up the tasty treats.
