This is a rare opportunity to expereince a more refined example of Christiano`s cooking style, known in Italy as Quinto Quarto, this Roman cooking style specializes in the use of offal, often slow cooked. Don`t let the use of offal scare you off, Christiano studied this cuisine at the prestigious Università degli Studi di Scienze Gastronomiche and he is passionate to share his cooking style with London.
