After the success of our February dates we're bringing you a celebration of one of our favourite regions in Italy. Blake will be cooking food inspired from his travels in Tuscany as well as time spent making goats' cheese in the Chianti region.
The menu will be delivered as you would get in Italy, sharing antipasti with what is at it's peak in the season, pasta; in the form of Tuscan ricotta dumplings, Porchetta; rolled pork loin and belly stuffed with dried herbs, fennel and garlic and finished with the classic Torta della Nonna.
