The team at Song’s Kitchen are delighted to be hosting a Valentine’s Supper Club with very special guest chef, BBC MasterChef Champion 2009, Mat Follas.
This is Mat and Rebecca’s first collaboration. The 6 course Valentine’s Supper Club will take place at Song’s Kitchen HQ. A quirky banquet-style dining space in a North London warehouse. Whether you are in the mood for love, or just fancy a fabulous meal cooked by a MasterChef, we would love to welcome you to Song’s Kitchen.
Mat was Chef Patron of The Wild Garlic restaurant in Dorset and is well known for his love of foraged foods and the amazing ingredients that are produced in Dorset. He has recently brought this ‘taste of Dorset’ to various Pop-ups and Supper Clubs in London. Mat's restaurant The Wild Garlic was awarded 2 AA rosettes for 3 years until its close and was recomended in the Michelin Guide and The Good Food Guide. The Wild Garlic recieved some of the best reviews given by national publications, 9.5/10 by The Guardian, 9/10 by The Telegraph and the second highest rating in the 10 years of Olive magazine (56/60).
Rebecca Song has been a Chef for nearly four years, and has worked in Dorset with Mat Follas and in several Restaurants and Pubs in London, including Alan Yau’s Naamyaa Café, under David Thompson. Rebecca set-up Song’s Kitchen in 2013, where she organises themed supper clubs, produces film and event catering and specialises in pan-Asian street food.
