• * Garlic Mushrooms

Mushrooms cooked in garlic butter, topped with a Bechamel sauce and Melted Mozzarella cheese, served with our Parsley and extra virgin olive oil bread (V)

• * Home-made Spring Rolls

Crab meat, Prawns with finely chopped peppers and a hint of mayonnaise rolled in filo pastry and deep fried and served with a drizzle of lobster bisque

• *Our own special recipe marinated Spare Ribs

Chefs own recipe cooked Spare Ribs in a delicious Barbeque sauce

MAIN COURSES – All served with saute vegetables

• * Sea Bass fillet -Two fillets of Sea Bass seasoned and baked in the oven, served on a bed of green lentils and topped with a fresh herb drizzle

• * Pollo Mozzarella – Butterflied Chicken breast filled with a Mozzarella cheese and Parma Ham baked in the oven and served on a bed of chefs own Napolitana sauce.

• *Halloumi and Vegetable Kebabs -Two skewers of Halloumi cheese and vegetables, grilled and served with rice and salad garnish
