Hi Everyone out there,
I'm not (yet) the host of a supperclub, but I am trying to be. And I would love any advice or feedback on our concept.
So, I'm planning some kind of celebration through food with a friend. We are both great believers in communal dining, and the impact a meal shared has on a community. So we want our club to be firmly location based, and in doing so, we hope to champion the local buisnesses in the area; the independent butchers, fishmongers, grocers, the local farmers market. But also we want to promote those people creating something in the area; local potters making beautiful plates, for example, exhibiting the work of local artists, music etc....
I was wondering what you supperclub fans thought of such an idea? And any tips that can help make it happen, be delicious and be a beautiful evening for everyone involved?
