Hiya everyone - were a small individual restaurant in Tattenhall, cheshire, and were floating the idea of creating a monthly sunday supperclub where our chefs can try out new dishes, take things in a direction that perhaps they feel they couldnt in the restaurant or just let loose with some unusual ingredients.
Is there anyone who would be interested in coming along to something like that? What kind of expectations might you have for dishes, drinks etc. Would anyone like to get involved?
