Supperclub Fan Group Rules and Guidelines

Welcome to the Supperclub Fan Group.

 

As with any social website, it is important that we all follow certain rules of etiquette. Most can be followed by remaining respectful of your fellow members. We have listed below a few specific guidelines.

• Absolutely No Solicitation – Goods, services, or money (profit or non-profit) is not permitted.

• Blogs – Are for sharing personal stories and updates about your supperclub.

  Please do not take information from this site without permission of the owner and admins. We have worked long and hard on assembling this site and the general information contained within. If you do wish to use information, such as the locations of supperclubs, please ask. If we discover that members are abusing this trust and lifting content, stealing members photos and details, we will suspend them. We will also take legal action where appropriate. 

• Pictures and videos –

  Pictures and Videos, un-relating to Underground Supperclubs and Restaurants are not permitted on this site. Inappropriate pictures or videos are not permitted on any Ning site under the Ning terms of services, including the Supperclub Fan Group site.

• Inappropriate Content

  Content that is NOT APPROPRIATE on Supperclub Fan Group includes, but is not limited to, advertising, material copyrighted by someone who isn't you, any content that is vulgar or obscene or contains adult themes or images, including sexual commentary or imagery. Abusive language, name-calling, insults, harassment, spamming, flaming, baiting and/or personal attacks will not be tolerated. Further,members are prohibited from making posts or comments that encourage this type of behaviour. Supperclub fan group reserves the right to take appropriate measures, including deleting content, blocking any member from posting to our site and/or revoking the membership for any behaviour we determine to be damaging to our community.

• Events

  No High Street commercial supperclub or restaurant event will be permitted. Please no block date bookings – one event per day. A suitable blog post may help to promote your block booking, which you can then link to the event date. Any 'block' booking event will not be featured on the events page neither will any events running over a period of days. Ning only allows 5 events to be 'featured' at any one time. We will do our best to be fair to everyone.

• Age limit

  According to Ning Terms of Services no person under the age of 13 may sign up for an account on any Ning network, including Supperclub Fan Group.

• Guard Your Personal Information. Supperclub Fan Group is a Public Network.

  Non-members have access to reading posts and profiles on our site. Any person is eligible to join this network. We highly discourage members from posting personal information such as telephone number, home address, or other specific information which may make your location easily discovered by others. If you’d like to share such information with other members, we advise you to do so with great forethought and caution, and only via the private messaging system. Be aware that Supperclub Fan Group cannot be held liable or responsible for any damages incurred as a result of sharing said information.

• Please Refrain from Advertising.

  It is not appropriate to advertise High Street Restaurants, products or services on the public image gallery or in comments you leave on other member’s profile walls or blog posts. It is acceptable and encouraged, to mention your supperclub on your own profile page or blog post. Our network administrators (MsMarmite and Lynn) will delete any content that is construed as advertising.
  
  If you become aware of any content that may violate these guidelines, or other troubling issues, please contact MsMarmite or Lynn  and we will look into it as quickly as possible.
