Who has been to a Paladar in Havana?

I mentioned earlier that the trip to Havana is booked (can hardly contain my excitement)! Who has been and has eaten in a Paladar....I have a recommendation for "Dona Eutemia"......has anyone been?

I went to one where the food was awful and they were clearly out for the money. But I've heard there are some good ones in Havana.
