On Monday 27th September we catered for the Sponsors Club Annual Dinner. For the event, we collaborated with the Pop-up Initiative/New Bridge Street project in Newcastle, who are using an old office block as an arts space. Drinks were served in the ‘Space’ shop on New bridge street, and then guests wandered up to the 4th floor of the office block to be seated in the ‘working’ studios. Artworks decorated the space, with tables and chairs in the centre. Dinner was Meze style sharing platters – with bowls and platters in the middle of the tables for guests to relish. Rose Water and Pistachio Meringues were the hits of night, with some guests ‘stealing’ a few for later on. We don’t blame them, they were delish!
