Our first underground supperclub night in Cardiff, took place on March 19th 2010. We paid tribute to Wales, all things Welsh and of course John Thomas (Pencerdd Gwalia). Born in Bridgend, he became harpist to Queen Victoria. He died March 19th 1913 and we decided to take some popular foods in Wales and give them a modern twist, while giving our guests a little Welsh history... it was a great success.
