In a few sentences tell us something about yourself: I am 52 with a passion for good food and wine foodie. I enjoy eating fresh, seasonal produce, and am lucky enough to live with a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef so eat well! Stephen and I have just started a small food business called Cuisine Uncovered which offers Stephen services as a chef and a cookery tutor. We love the idea of supper clubs have been to a few and now decided to become hosts. The combination of good food, wine and conversation is what life is all about to me.

I hope you're well. My name is Bex and I'm currently working as an Assistant Producer on a brand new television series for ITV called 'Culinary Genius' made by Gordon Ramsay's production company Studio Ramsay.

We are looking for amateur cooks who are passionate about cooking to apply to be on the show. There is a cash prize up for grabs, and the chance to be judged by Gordon and other top celebrity chefs! Do you think this is something which may appeal to you?
