- I am a Norwegian living in Nottingham. I don't have a supper club at the moment but who knows what might happen in the future? I do love to cook, but never have enough time to do so, as every day life gets in the way, so most nights end up just having a quick omelette, or some fried halloumi with sallad and bread or a tuna sallad...anything that is quick, but cook more time consuming things on my days off.
