There is only a very few numbers of Supper Clubs in Paris and they are usually booked way in advance so I doubt you'll be able to find one for next week.
Nevertheless, there is a new "prohibition" restaurant, kind of underground but registered that has just opened in Paris last week. It's called "Restaurant le 1er", located in 47 rue Saint-Honoré, 75 001 Paris. The code for the entrance door in 1933 then you go to the first floor. You might need to book in advance, here is the phone number you need to call for the booking: 01 44 76 03 38
I haven't tried it yet but it's supposed to be a great experience.
Just for your information, starting in April 1st, a new website will be referencing all the underground food experience you can find in Paris, all over France and other European countries. Be sure to check it next time you travel: http://spoontrip.com
Let me know if you need any other information while you're in town.
