I love quality food with a passion and cook with only fresh and fine ingredients. I learnt to cook from young always hanging about in the kitchens of my family. Now what I do is cook very traditional Barbadian dishes with the freshest and finest ingredients, replacing the unhealthy ingredients with healthy ones and serving up a taste of my paradise.
