In a few sentences tell us something about yourself
Bruno is from South Eastern France. He makes all sorts of sweet and savoury tarts, savoury cheesecakes, special sweet tarts that really are different from anything you’d find at a french bakery and sweets too!
I do all sorts of classic french dishes, but also the finest gratin dauphinois around, things like smoked salmon cheesecake, fresh aioli that'll blow your mind and tastebuds, but also because of my background, souther and cajun, as well as REAL mexican, such as prk rind with tomatillo salsa, or Pozole....
I also organise french cookery classes.
