I am agent to North American for european performing artists for family audiences and also run a B&B and organise personalised culinary tours between St Emilion and Bordeaux, France.www.whatscookinginfrance.com My husband, a Bordeaux doctor, has been doing a Saturday Lunch Club for the past 15 years in our restored 14th C water mill just down the road from our B&B. He started a club for cooks, doctors and food lovers at the same time and organises workshops and conferences on food (in French)
