In a few sentences tell us something about yourself

I am French and Indian and have lived in CHina many years. I am a filmmaker and journalist and have converted into many things. I am a host on a chinese radio show and i teach parenting but mostly I cook and i love to share the inspiration i get from cooking with a zing. Mediterranean food mixed with isolated spices is the concept of my cooking. I believe that by isolating the spices we can savour them fully and drink wine with our meals. I am passionate about natural wine. If you are in Beijing come by for our weekly home diners where you will be sure to meet some fascinating international and chinese people.
