I don’t just enjoy cooking, I enjoy feeding people. I spend most of my spare time balancing textures, flavours, shapes and colours, experimenting, sourcing, discovering, reading, writing, researching, learning, and being surprised, always, by the variety of local techniques, the diversity of food cultures, the foray of ingredients available throughout the world and ultimately by how, in every culture, country, religion, in every event and every key moment of every life, food is always at the centre, either the under-rated hero or a sour memory. People are food.

Hi Caroline,
I hope you're well. My name is Bex and I'm currently working as an Assistant Producer on a brand new television series for ITV called 'Culinary Genius' made by Gordon Ramsay's production company Studio Ramsay.
We are looking for amateur cooks who are passionate about cooking to apply to be on the show. There is a cash prize up for grabs, and the chance to be judged by Gordon and other top celebrity chefs! Do you think this is something which may appeal to you?
