I am somewhat of a jack-of-all-trades, m-o-n.
A sound engineer, music producer a bartender, a photographer, I work with wood, I paint, I garden, but most of all, I cook.
Self-taught. I like food unfussy and homely. Taking influences from my American and Swedish heritage.
