I don’t want to be a person who just believes things; I want to shape my life in a way that is genuine and reflects my heart. This underground eating thing is just one way in which my life might reflect values that I believe in: community, celebration, slowing-down, simplicity, grassroots approaches to change, hospitality, and entrepreneurship.
