In a few sentences tell us something about yourself

i have eclectic style I am obsessional about all food from cheesburgers(when done well)to salted caramel(when not mass produced)i live love and luxuriate in all foods and have very few dislikes(except an alergy to just white fish???????-but still love the taste it just doesn't like me)oh and i am a classicly trained chef who now works in the management side (hours+pay=child friendly-i have a beautiful 4 year old daughter who is as foodie s me!!!)

I would love to open a supper club but want to do some investigations and have fun to hone my skills!
