In a few sentences tell us something about yourself
Myself and a couple of friends (both wine buffs) are keen to get our idea for an Exe Valley Supperclub up and running. I have worked for three and a half years as a part time evening cook in a Bistro in Devon. I am a self taught cook, not a chef, and really enjoy cooking and eating French regional food which is simple with few indgredients, this is not to the exclusion of all other regional food, be it English, Italian or even Spanish. I also do B & B from my home so what could be better than creating delicious meals accompanied by carefully chosen wines for a limited number of guests in our own homes. For those guests for whom it is not practical to take a taxi home, can stay the night as a B & B guest.
