- I am a Britsh asian expatriate living in Doha. I picked up a passion for real "asian" food from childhood...it developed further in 1998 after I spent a year living in Pakistan learning the real art behind blending spices and making traditional curries and street food. I have set up Urban indian kitchen the first supper club in Doha. I also provide cooking classes and a personal chef service at www.urbanindiankitchen.com
