My name is Catia Castro. I am a Portuguese girl, first generation American immigrant now living in the U.K.. This blog has been on the back burner for years. I am a mother to seven beautiful kids! I married the love of my life and the rest is history. Growing up Portuguese in America was a privilege. I started cooking from a very young age. We always ate home cooked meals. Later I began to fuse my love of Italian food with my Portuguese classics,I don't have a specific style, just my own.Come and enjoy West Sussex's best kept secret. shhhhhh

I hope you're well. My name is Bex and I'm currently working as an Assistant Producer on a brand new television series for ITV called 'Culinary Genius' made by Gordon Ramsay's production company Studio Ramsay.
