In a few sentences tell us something about yourself
My parents are from a island called Carriacou which is part of Grenada, West Indies, the Isle of Spice. Most of the dishes that I cook are traditonal foods such as fish, chicken, goat and rice. My daughter is learning to cook vegan food which will be a welcoming twist in the following months.
