Love food, Love Cooking, Formally trained at Cheltenham, and cook for pleasure, Love tasing other peoples ideas of foods. I still love baked beens on toast! Or one of my signature dishes Chicken Maryland. Simple foods from around the world, and interpretation, love a good wine at under £5 a bottle and yea it is still possible to find them. Value for money always grabs my attention. I also love to Sail we have a Yacht we keep in Poole & I fly gliders and light aircraft
We live in Oxford and look after Foreign Language students and my other half is a Teacher. We have Portuguese water dogs and enjoy our lifestyle.
