In a few sentences tell us something about yourself

I'm a passionate ambassador for my native Malaysian cuisine, restaurateur and chef. Recently awarded Young Asian & Oriental Chef of the Year in the UK, I love to get people into Malaysian food - diverse and delicious. I've written books, been on TV and regularly demo at food festivals around the country. My restaurants, Ning, are in Manchester and York and I'm excited to now be in London too.
