I am a London-based supper club host with a bit of an unusual profile. I am a scientist during the week, chef the rest of the time. I have always been crazily passionate about food and cooking. My food 'company' is called Southbound and it's all about Mediterranean flavours. Being half Sicilian half French, I have always been surrounded by great cooks and great produce. My aim is to make beautiful, honest and fresh food with high quality ingredients.

I hope you're well. My name is Bex and I'm currently working as an Assistant Producer on a brand new television series for ITV called 'Culinary Genius' made by Gordon Ramsay's production company Studio Ramsay.
