After 35 years in the hospitality business Steve has settled in the iconic location of a Victorian Railway Station in Douglas in the Isle of Man. Whereby every lunchtime it operates as a fixed price buffet, but on a Friday & Saturday night transforms into a chic supper club showcasing local manx produce. With a fixed price for 2 or 3 courses with the odd session of live music where guests pay realistic prices for real food.
